Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce

Overview

Own medium- to high-complexity business analysis for Salesforce-related digital solutions. Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to define requirements, validate outcomes, and support high-quality delivery.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyse, and document business and software requirements.
• Decompose business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain software specifications, data-flow diagrams, and application documentation.
• Collaborate with development, product, platform, and QA teams on validation and testing.
• Identify digital-solution challenges, opportunities, use cases, and success criteria.
• Review analytical outputs and present results, risks, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
• Guide and support junior team members.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Lean/Agile development environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Veeva CRM and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• SQL or SOQL data-analysis skills and experience documenting data flows and system interactions.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Business analysis certification such as CBAP or BCS.
• Life Science, Healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Power BI, AWS, or FTP/sFTP.
