SAP PY Nordics Consultant

Overview

SAP PY Nordics Consultant responsible for the technical and functional vision of project solutions, translating that vision into directives, standards and procedures, and ensuring the technical and functional success of implementations, especially complex, large-scale projects.

What you'll do

• Adapt and prepare the technical environment, advising on the products most appropriate to customer requirements.
• Solve complex problems related to the technical environment of the application.
• Share and extrapolate knowledge across clients and work teams to optimize the service provided.
• Collaborate on and suggest improvements to the service at customer level and to the euHReka platform in your areas of expertise.
• Supervise, manage and improve input from other team members.
• Develop the technical documentation of complex applications built from the functional team's work.
• Supervise the definition of required data structures based on the data model, and application flow diagrams, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
• Perform integrated testing of complex applications.
• Provide technical support to other members of the development team.
• Identify new business areas in existing customers.
• Contribute to the reuse of knowledge.
• Apply methodological approaches to problem solving and project management.
• Encourage and lead the technical education of the development team.
• Offer solutions that improve optimization, performance and service quality.
• Disseminate knowledge as an expert, explicitly or implicitly.
• Promote adaptation of the system to changing business needs and technology.
• Advise on pre-sale actions.
• Act as a technical reference, coaching and mentoring others.
• Manage the pool of work, optimizing the service provided.
• Provide suggestions that increase productivity and technical service quality.
• Anticipate project and support problems and proactively seek alternative solutions.
• Ensure profitability of assigned tasks through precise monitoring.

What you'll need

• Any graduate degree.
• Knowledge of structured analysis at an expert level.
• Knowledge of the technical development environment at an expert level.
• Knowledge of database design at an expert level.
• Knowledge of IT market products at an expert level.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and the euHReka platform at an expert level.
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes.
• Knowledge of various technical platforms.
• Knowledge of various programming languages at an expert level.
• Knowledge of STRADA business strategy.
• Expert-level oral and written English.
• Hold certifications in products or technologies relevant to the role.
• Ability to organize, plan and supervise work, and to make decisions.
• Leadership skills and ability to delegate and monitor.
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis, and to identify risks and develop mitigation action plans.
• Time management to meet dates and deadlines.
