ERP Solution Consultant - SAP Quality

Overview

The ERP Solution Consultant (SAP Quality) leads independent delivery of complex ERP solutions in the ERP area, contributes to architecture, and provides technical oversight to product teams.

What you'll do

• Lead solution design and product delivery in ERP with increased complexity.
• Proactively identify product-level issues, propose approaches, and drive continuous improvement.
• Document and evolve architecture across the product life cycle.
• Research, evaluate, pilot, and drive adoption of new technologies with technical oversight.
• Provide technical oversight and consultation, including making decisions at squad/product level under limited direction.
• Configure and integrate SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) for Life Sciences on SAP BTP, including cross-system data flows.
• Ensure technical implementations comply with GxP and related regulations, and prepare validation deliverables.

What you'll need

• Demonstrated experience leading independently to deliver complex ERP solution designs and products.
• Proven track record of driving major programs or product milestones in leadership/tech lead/product owner roles.
• Experience contributing to talent acquisition and capability development (mentoring, interviewing, organizing training).
• Advanced knowledge of ERP IT concepts and detailed knowledge in one or two ERP/technology areas.
• Extensive understanding of tools and techniques for requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
• Hands-on configuration experience with SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) for Life Sciences.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals/Biotechnology and strong GxP/regulatory knowledge.
