SAP Quality Management Functional Analyst (Remote)

Overview

Remote SAP Quality Management Functional Analyst responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting quality management systems during the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

What you'll do

• Design and implement integrations between quality management systems and enterprise applications.
• Gather requirements and define process enhancements with business stakeholders.
• Lead and support projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Manage project decisions, risks, actions, dependencies, and approval processes.
• Coordinate third-party suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Drive application performance, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Use value stream mapping, SIPOCs, and Control Towers to reduce waste.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• At least 5 years in customer-facing requirements, solution design, and project delivery roles.
• Proficiency with SAP Quality Management in ECC and S/4HANA.
• Experience configuring and integrating SAP QM with related modules and manufacturing systems.
• Experience creating functional and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• U.S. citizenship due to government contractual requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Experience with SAP integration across SD, MM, PP, and PM.
• Knowledge of SAP QM processes, Fiori apps, QIM, or EHS.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• SAP QM or related certifications.

Details

• Remote role based in the United States; hybrid work may be available near East Hartford, Connecticut.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.
• Salary range: USD 132,400–251,600 yearly.
