Sr Implementation Consultant

Overview

The Sr Implementation Consultant serves as the Project Leader and Delivery Owner for enterprise implementations, owning structured end-to-end delivery.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff through deployment, training, and transition to support.
• Define project strategies and structured planning (scope/success criteria, milestones, timelines, roles).
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and tracking to provide visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish project governance (status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication plans).
• Guide end-to-end hardware and SaaS setup, configuration, and deployment for enterprise customers.
• Deliver or coordinate targeted training and change management to drive adoption and readiness.

What you'll need

• 4–6+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or enterprise customer-facing roles.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder deployments (hardware + SaaS preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
