Director Technical Project Management / Delivery Lead

Overview

Director of Technical Project Management / Delivery Lead to lead technical project management and delivery for international projects in Germany.

What you'll do

• Lead a Technical Project Management Team (approx. 5–10 people) and manage its activities.
• Implement strategies to improve team and delivery performance and provide regular reports.
• Manage complex development and AI projects, including independent management of pitches, presentations, and workshops.
• Analyze new project enquiries and recommend actions focused on feasibility, staffing, efficiency, and potential.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams spanning backend, frontend, full-stack, AI, and UI/UX roles.
• Collaborate with experts to support development of AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to strategic development of the business unit with management.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years’ professional experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
• Experience in team leadership and development.
• Strong client relations and consulting experience, including scaling digital processes.
• Excellent coordination skills for complex digital, AI, and development projects with interdisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with PM tools including Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2+) are essential.
