Senior Customer Success Manager - Germany

Overview

Senior Customer Success Manager (Germany) is responsible for post-sales customer success as the primary day-to-day contact, driving onboarding, implementation, and adoption outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead customer engagements across onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
• Partner to align on requirements, goals, and challenges for business success planning.
• Support the business value realization cycle to help customers demonstrate value internally.
• Act as the voice of the customer by advocating customer needs to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to resolve customer issues.
• Build technical knowledge and help customers optimize their use of Chainguard.
• Work with the education team to ensure customers are trained on product features, best practices, and security principles.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise, customer-facing roles collaborating with technical and business teams.
• Experience in customer success, professional services, technical account management, or related roles.
• Domain knowledge in one or more areas such as Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or SDLC.
• Ability to take full ownership of a customer portfolio with high autonomy.
• Ability to make decisions including when to involve executive/C-suite teams in escalations.
• Strong collaboration skills across internal teams.
• Strong priority management skills and high emotional intelligence.
