Account Executive, Enterprise

Overview

Account Executive for enterprise customers, responsible for driving complex, high-value sales cycles and building long-term strategic partnerships in Germany.

What you'll do

• Own and close high-value, complex enterprise opportunities while meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Build a strategic pipeline using self-prospecting, account planning, and SDR partnership.
• Lead executive-level discovery and design integrated, multi-product solutions aligned to customer priorities.
• Own end-to-end deal strategy, including stakeholder mapping, decision criteria, and close plans.
• Conduct advanced commercial negotiations covering pricing, contracts, and non-standard deal structures.
• Run onboarding and maintain relationships with senior/executive customer stakeholders, including identifying expansion with account management.

What you'll need

• 5+ years managing complex enterprise sales cycles with consistent quota attainment.
• Ability to close large, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles and high complexity.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
• Advanced discovery, negotiation, and value-based selling skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency; additional languages are a plus (by region).
• Strong logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain experience is preferred.
