Technical Customer Success Manager (German & English Language)

Overview

Technical Customer Success Manager owning key customer relationships as the technical point of contact. Bilingual German/English speaking role focused on driving adoption, optimization, and long-term satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day engagement and the customer relationship for key accounts.
• Operationalize customer value post-deployment through tailored adoption plans.
• Continuously review deployed solution effectiveness and adoption.
• Conduct health checks and provide advisory to drive best-practice adoption and optimization (including DLP configuration and component fine-tuning).
• Proactively monitor deployments and drive communication as needed, including escalation handling.
• Run operational governance and C-level governance meetings for planning and value discussions.
• Deliver training, best-practices workshops, QBRs, and Value Plans; plan and execute maturation of customer use of the product.

What you'll need

• Fluency in written and verbal German and English.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in large enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of OSI model and TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP, SMTP).
• Excellent understanding of application layer protocols (HTTP/HTTPS/SSL), PKI, and network security concepts (firewalls/proxy/VPN) and SIEMs.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong customer management skills to influence and manage deeply technical customers.
• Ability to communicate and document effectively, translating technical concepts for different audiences.
