Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

Manufacturing Engineer role focused on implementing continuous improvement and Lean/Operational Excellence across business and plant teams to drive measurable process and performance gains.

What you'll do

• Develop an OPEX deployment and roll-out plan to support Plant and Platform targets.
• Lead current-state analysis, design future-state processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support plants with prioritizing, scoping OPEX activities, and aligning to Plant/Platform objectives.
• Conduct improvement events/projects and ensure correct application of methodologies to deliver results.
• Train and coach workgroups on needed methods and tools; conduct assessments and maturity reviews.
• Track governance actions and results with timely escalation support.

What you'll need

• Typically 10+ years of industrial experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of product—valves manufacturing.
• Manufacturing process knowledge including flow/layout/throughput time.
• Ability to read drawings and tolerance requirements (GD&T).
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP and Lean tools including VSM and structured problem-solving.
