Overview

SAP RISE SAP Basis Consultant providing L1/L2 SAP Basis administration and service management for SAP systems, HANA databases, and interfaces.

What you'll do

• Monitor SAP systems, HANA databases, and interfaces using observability tools.
• Run health checks and perform performance tuning for SAP environments.
• Handle incident management following ITIL frameworks with initial troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with SAP RISE, hyperscaler teams, and stakeholders during outages and scheduled maintenance.
• Support change and release management, including transports, kernel updates, and system refreshes.
• Maintain SLA compliance, accurate documentation, and operational reporting.

What you'll need

• 3–8 years of relevant SAP/S/4HANA experience.
• Proficiency in SAP Basis administration (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager) and HANA.
• Experience with system maintenance, TMS, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of RISE with SAP operating models and support boundaries.
• 24x7 production support experience managing incidents, problems, and changes.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and root cause analysis.

Nice to have

• SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP System Administration.
• SAP HANA Administration certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
