Overview
SAP S2P (Jaggaer) Functional Engineer providing operational support for S/4HANA deployments and functional support/optimization for Jaggaer solutions and SAP S2P in a post go-live AMS environment.
What you'll do
- Support procurement process owners and project teams in maintaining SAP S2P and Jaggaer solutions aligned to the global template.
- Deliver functional support across Source-to-Pay processes (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Order management, Invoice Processing).
- Provide end-to-end AMS support including incident management, service requests, defect resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Perform impact analysis and testing for changes and enhancements.
- Support S2P integrations across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Reporting.
- Monitor system performance, operational issues, and user feedback for stable day-to-day procurement operations.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Jaggaer and in SAP MM / S2P implementation and/or support.
- Functional understanding of S2P processes including Catalog Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Performance Management, and e-Invoicing.
- Experience in global application maintenance support or production support environment with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in system enhancements, incident resolution, problem management, testing, and delivery of supportable business solutions.
- Good understanding of integration points between Jaggaer and SAP S/4HANA and adjacent business domains.
