SAP - SD- Manager

Overview

As a SAP - SD- Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will work within PwC Acceleration Center India's Technology Consulting practice to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for business applications.

What you'll do

• Lead the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operational efficiency.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored SAP configurations and integrations.
• Guide teams in strategic technology planning and execution to meet client objectives.
• Utilize SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA to enhance data-driven insights and decision-making.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies.
• Coach team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in delivering client expectations.
• Facilitate business transformation initiatives through process improvement and optimization.
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating when necessary.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Encourage innovation and embrace change to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
• Confirm project success and maintain standards.
• Motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.
• Identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the Firm.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: one or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials.
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori.
• Experience utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation.
• Strategic technology planning and process optimization.
• Coaching and feedback to develop team strengths.
• Analyzing complex systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leading projects with a focus on strategic execution and delivery.
