SAP Senior QM Consultant (Associate Solution Manager)

Overview

Senior SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant / Associate Solution Manager responsible for owning and managing the lifecycle of SAP QM applications and related digital solutions supporting global manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of SAP QM applications and related solutions for global manufacturing operations.
• Translate business requirements into technology strategies, application enhancements, and solution roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Lead requirement analysis, solution design, enhancements, upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments for quality management applications.
• Provide functional leadership to resolve complex application, process, data, and integration issues and ensure operational continuity.
• Govern application lifecycle activities including support strategy, technical debt management, release planning, and continuous improvement.
• Own production support outcomes including incident prioritization, escalation management, and service restoration for critical systems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions (inspection, quality data management, quality execution).
• Experience leading or supporting SAP and non-SAP application portfolios, including custom solutions and integrated enterprise applications.
• Strong production support experience including issue triage, escalation management, root cause analysis, and service reliability in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong familiarity with system integrations, enterprise architectures, and cross-system data flows across quality and manufacturing applications.
• Experience driving or leading automation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives to improve quality processes.
