Scientific Communications Content Lead

Overview

Lead the Bengaluru GCM Scientific Communications content capability across critical literature review, publication operations, and medical communications congress content integration.

What you'll do

• Translate approved global medical and scientific communications priorities into coordinated workplans, capacity requirements, and delivery standards.
• Ensure high-quality, timely, reuse-led delivery while accountable global teams retain scientific strategy, content direction, and final approval.
• Oversee structured literature reviews, including search execution, critical appraisal, evidence summaries, and traceability.
• Oversee publication operations, including press-release coordination, timelines, review cycles, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ensure literature insights and approved evidence are incorporated into medical communications and congress content workflows.
• Oversee enterprise intake and coordination for medical communications and congress content requests, including brief development and workflow tracking.

What you'll need

• More than 9–12 years of related experience.
• More than 6 years in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• More than 6 years in scientific communications, medical communications, publications, literature review, or content operations.
• Strong knowledge of literature review and publication operations and medical-content development workflows.
• Experience with modular content and global-to-local reuse, plus production briefs and external content partners.
• A required degree in a medical, scientific, pharmacy, life sciences, public health, medical communications, business operations, or related field.
• Fluent English required.
