Scrum Master-Agile Coach

Overview

Scrum Master – Agile Coach to formulate and guide agile approaches, support agile transformation, and enable adoption of agile values and practices across teams.

What you'll do

• Provide thought leadership to design and enable systems that support agile practices and culture.
• Guide transformational change with managers, programs, and teams in a matrixed organization.
• Work directly with teams to implement and improve agile values, principles, and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SaFe, LeSS).
• Organize and moderate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, eliminate impediments, and help teams reach commitment during adaptation.
• Mentor and coach Product Owners and Scrum Masters toward role objectives.
• Design and establish metrics for continuous inspect-and-adapt cycles, and assess teams’ agile health.
• Recommend tools for product improvement and Continuous Integration; identify and implement methodology and innovation topics.

What you'll need

• 10+ years overall experience in software development with exposure to the full SDLC.
• 5+ years practical experience in Agile Coaching, Scrum Master/Kanban Lead, or Agile Project Management for software teams.
• Scaled Agile experience (SAFe, Scrum at Scale, or LeSS).
• Proven results executing continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps/Quality practices (including test automation, TDD, BDD, FDD, ATDD).
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence.
