Release Train Engineer

Overview

Release Train Engineer to support a global Agile transformation and help scale Agile frameworks across global teams.

What you'll do

• Aggregate team PI objectives into Program PI objectives.
• Prepare Vision and backlogs for PI Planning readiness and facilitate PI Planning.
• Manage and optimize flow of value through the program and support Feature completion.
• Drive continuous improvement with Inspect and Adapt and manage risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile Release Train sync, System Demos, and Solution Demos.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on lean-agile practices.
• Support economic decision making and aggregate estimates to the Epic level.

What you'll need

• Extensive Agile transition experience.
• Experience as RTE, Product Owner, Program Manager, or Agile Coach.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience managing software delivery across planning, features/user stories, design, and execution.
• Experience applying Lean and Systems Thinking in large organizations.
• Experience with Lean Portfolio Management procedures and ceremonies up to the Portfolio level.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
