What you'll do

• Assess the engineering lifecycle to identify where engineers lose time.
• Determine whether AI agents, automation, platform capabilities, or process changes address productivity gaps.
• Build solutions to production quality.
• Drive adoption of engineering productivity solutions.
• Measure changes in engineering cycle time.
• Improve requirements, design, implementation, review, testing, deployment, operations, incidents, and documentation.
