Overview

As an SDET 2, you will own quality for AI-powered applications by developing test strategies, automating API tests, validating data and AI/ML outputs, and monitoring application health after release.

What you'll do

• Design functional and performance test strategies and cases.
• Build API automation with Java and RestAssured.
• Validate data across APIs, Postgres, MongoDB, and processing outputs.
• Conduct performance testing with tools such as JMeter.
• Create automation pipelines with Jenkins or other build tools.
• Monitor production health, alerts, logs, Kubernetes clusters, and AWS services.
• Manage defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience testing backend applications.
• Experience with API automation using Java and RestAssured and/or Python scripting.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Experience with Postgres and MongoDB and data-validation queries.
• Knowledge of AWS services and Kubernetes clusters.
• Understanding of queues and caching.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Basics of gRPC and Airflow DAGs.
• Web testing and automation with Selenium or Playwright.
• Experience testing and validating ML/AI-based applications.
• Use of AI tools and editors to increase work velocity.
