Overview

Administrative role supporting the Managed Services Client Service Desk team to ensure smooth service desk operations.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
• Coordinate service requests and assist the client service desk team.
• Follow the correct escalation procedure for critical calls and requests.
• Receive, validate, and log client requests with request details.
• Help analyze and interpret escalation requests for correct categorization and prioritization.
• Maintain relevant documents and records to support ticket/incident resolution.

• Ability to work under general direction as an ambitious self-starter.
• Use sound judgment to escalate issues to higher levels.
• Methodical approach to ticket resolution.
• Interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Certification or diploma or equivalent.
