Security Solution Architect

Overview

Own the technical win for security-focused pre-sales opportunities, including ransomware recovery, immutable vaulting, identity resilience, and DSPM. Partner with a Senior Security Sales Specialist on solution architecture, demonstrations, proof-of-concept work, and executive technical communication.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proofs of value.
• Advise customers on ransomware recovery, immutable and air-gapped vaulting, identity resilience, and DSPM.
• Architect reference architectures and lead technical workshops, POCs, and pilots.
• Create solution briefs, architecture diagrams, and account-specific business cases.
• Understand account technology footprints and collaborate with security partners on joint solutions.
• Provide field feedback to the product roadmap and maintain technical qualification and POC exit criteria.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of security pre-sales engineering and architecture experience.
• Experience designing or deploying ransomware-recovery, immutable or air-gapped backup, or identity-resilience systems.
• Strong infrastructure background in backup, recovery, storage, and hybrid cloud.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, ransomware kill chains, immutability, air-gapping, and zero trust.
• Scripting or API proficiency with Python or PowerShell.
• Professional English proficiency and ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Specialist or overlay SE/SA experience at a data infrastructure, backup, or cybersecurity vendor.
• Technical relationships or competitive experience in backup, cyber resilience, or data security markets.

• Remote role in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado, USA.
• Full-time employees are referenced in the compensation disclosure.
• Annual pay range: $240,000–$300,000 USD.
