Security Team Leader

Overview

Security Team Leader for Soho House Mumbai, leading daily security operations and ensuring a safe, discreet environment for members and guests.

What you'll do

• Lead and guide the security team across daily operations and shifts.
• Ensure seamless access control for members, guests, visitors, and vendors.
• Maintain unobtrusive awareness of the environment for safety without disrupting the experience.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring, patrol routines, and security systems.
• Act as the calm first responder in incidents, emergencies, or sensitive situations.
• Prepare incident and shift reports with complete confidentiality.
• Coordinate with Front of House and Operations during peak periods and events.

What you'll need

• Prior experience in security supervision, ideally in luxury hospitality or premium clubs.
• Ability to manage situations with discretion and authority.
• Strong observational skills and awareness of people and environment.
• Leadership ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication skills with a respectful, service-oriented approach.
• High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to remain grounded and decisive under high pressure.
