Senior Account Executive - Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Advertising

Overview

Senior Account Executive on the account service team of a healthcare advertising agency focused on medical devices, diagnostics and specialty pharmaceuticals.

What you'll do

• Establish and cultivate day-to-day relationships with clients.
• Present and defend the agency's strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Serve as the primary contributor to the development of marketing strategy, communications plans and media plans.
• Foster positive working relations and partnerships between internal departments.
• Assist in guiding the efforts of Account Executives, communicating clear goals and providing timely feedback.
• Supervise preparation of job budgets, approve internal budgets and allocate hours to team members.
• Build an understanding of the bigger picture of the client's objectives and initiatives, including target patient and professional audiences.
• Ensure tactics are strategically executed.
• Represent the account team with senior leadership of the agency (creative, planning).

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of healthcare marketing or advertising agency experience.

Nice to have

• Launch experience.
