Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Overview

Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst on the Accounting team, reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, working independently and with internal and external business partners.

What you'll do

• Work closely with order management, revenue and corporate finance to understand deal structure and ensure customer billing schedules and invoices are correctly created in SaaSOptics.
• Work with customers and the Labelbox sales team to resolve outstanding billing and collections issues.
• Review the Aged Receivable report weekly, provide feedback on past due accounts, and report weekly on invoicing totals, aging totals, cash receipts and invoice adjustments.
• Process software subscriptions to generate bookings, billings and revenue.
• Implement the dunning process in QuickBooks Online.
• Create and streamline billing and collections processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports.
• Assist with general financial management and analysis.
• Assist the accounting team with month-end accruals and account reconciliations.

What you'll need

• At least 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with end-to-end Accounts Receivable.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices.
• Ability to work with the sales team and educate them on company accounts receivable policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Superior organizational, teamwork and time management skills.
• Commitment to quality with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, customer service, professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to multi-task and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with deadlines and consistently meeting them.

Nice to have

• More than 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• General experience in expense accounting and categorization.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly QuickBooks Online and SaaSOptics.
• Software/SaaS billing experience.
