Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Overview

Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the design and development of intelligent systems for analytics, automation, and in-game AI experiences.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems for Conversational Analytics, Knowledge Bases, QA Automation, and in-game intelligent experiences.
• Architect and implement scalable AI solutions for real-time systems, automation pipelines, and player-facing features.
• Drive innovation in context management protocols for AI models across applications.
• Create autonomous agents for decision-making and dynamic interaction.
• Collaborate across disciplines to translate high-level goals into robust AI-powered capabilities.
• Lead AI infrastructure efforts including model deployment workflows, performance tuning, and observability in production.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development using Python.
• at least 2 years of hands-on AI experience in a senior role.
• Hands-on agentic AI experience building, integrating, and optimizing workflows with sub-agents, skills, MCP’s, and tool calling.
• Strong experience building scalable, high-performance APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• At least 1 year of cloud-native development in AWS/GCP and containerization using Docker.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, testing strategies, and production-grade code quality.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and data management with SQL and NoSQL.
