Senior AI - ML Engineer

Overview

Senior AI/ML Engineer providing technical leadership for Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation initiatives in the Artificial Intelligence and Automation team.

What you'll do

• Lead technical design and delivery of large, complex ML and LLM systems.
• Own architecture for major AI features and make key design and technology decisions.
• Design and scale RAG/knowledge systems with retrieval, re-ranking, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead design of agentic AI and multi-agent systems including orchestration and tool use.
• Mature MLOps/LLMOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, evaluation, drift detection, and retraining automation.
• Drive code and architecture reviews and establish engineering standards and reusable frameworks.

What you'll need

• 8-15 years of professional experience in AI/ML or software engineering delivering ML/AI systems to production.
• Expert-level Python engineering and strong software-architecture background.
• Proven track record designing and scaling Generative AI and LLM-based systems in production.
• Deep, hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and complex RAG architectures.
• Strong MLOps/LLMOps expertise including CI/CD, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle automation.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and containerized, distributed systems.
