Senior AI Engineer

Overview

Senior AI Engineer to design, implement, and operationalize advanced AI/ML systems for enterprise-scale use cases, including LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and optimize AI solutions including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based architectures.
• Deploy and manage multi-agent systems for enterprise-scale use cases.
• Implement agent lifecycle management for state management, monitoring, retraining, and rollback.
• Add autonomy guardrails using policies, controls, and observability to bound agent behavior.
• Integrate agents with APIs, microservices, and message-driven systems.
• Apply governance, security, fairness, and compliance controls for safe agent operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI features into products and services.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in AI/ML systems, including LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
• Expert-level coding skills in Python, C#, and Angular/JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tooling/frameworks including MCP, LangChain Agents, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Working knowledge of AWS (preferred), or Azure/GCP; comfort with cloud-native services for LLM workloads.
• Deep understanding of event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and microservices with message brokers (Kafka, Rabbitmq, Solace PubSub+).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code.
