Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Overview

Senior AI Solutions Engineer responsible for identifying high-value AI use cases, assessing feasibility, prototyping solutions, and delivering successful AI pilot projects.

What you'll do

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models, including large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4.
• Design prompt engineering strategies to improve AI accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Prototype, test, and iterate AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
• Implement secure AI integrations via API development with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, finance, collaboration).
• Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for accurate and timely AI model data delivery.
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP with high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Apply DevOps and MLOps practices across the AI model lifecycle with automated deployment, testing, monitoring, and version control.

What you'll need

• Advanced experience (typically 4-6 years) developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Advanced expertise in selecting, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs/SLMs with examples like OpenAI GPT series and open-source alternatives.
• Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and improving model reliability/accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming for prototyping, integration, and model implementation.
• Robust knowledge of data pipeline development and handling structured and unstructured data.
• Advanced proficiency in cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying and scaling AI workloads.
• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management practices related to AI solutions.
