Senior Analyst - Brand Analytics

Overview

Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers (Regional LT, marketing and sales teams) through low-to-medium complexity analytical reports, and help the Regional business build practice and promotional marketing design.

What you'll do

• Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers on various low- to medium-complexity analytical reports and strategic projects.
• Support and facilitate data-enabled decision-making by providing and communicating clear qualitative and quantitative analytics.
• Drive strategic analytics projects across commercial, patient, market, and competitive intelligence domains, including market assessments, performance monitoring, patient journey analyses, opportunity sizing, and insight generation.
• Partner with regional and local stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions, acting as a bridge between business teams and technical/data teams.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and dashboards that communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• Support the Regional business in building practice by participating in knowledge sharing, onboarding and training support, assisting team leads in business-related tasks, and building process documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled analytics solutions and innovative approaches to insight generation and automated reporting solutions.
• Be an integral part of a comprehensive design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials.
