Senior Analyst- BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Overview

Senior Analyst for Business Intelligence, focusing on Power BI, Power Platform automation (Power Apps/Power Automate), and AI enablement using Microsoft Copilot tools.

What you'll do

• Lead stakeholders through end-to-end reporting and analytics solution lifecycle from requirements through implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting.
• Build Power BI data models and develop DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
• Develop Power Apps applications and automate workflows with Power Automate to reduce manual effort.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to create AI-enabled business solutions and copilots.
• Coordinate testing (including UAT), resolve issues, and support production deployment and maintenance.

What you'll need

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
• Advanced Power BI development capabilities (DAX, data modeling, visualization, dashboard design).
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate development.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI solution development.

Nice to have

• Basic Python scripting.
• Power BI SharePoint.
