Manager-BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Overview

Manager, Business Intelligence to lead end-to-end solution delivery for reporting, analytics, Power Platform, and AI enablement using Microsoft tools.

What you'll do

• Lead stakeholders through requirements gathering, implementation, training, and support across the solution lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end reporting and analytics lifecycle from intake to deployment.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting.
• Build Power BI data models and create DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
• Design and support Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Enable AI features using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-assisted workflows.

What you'll need

• Advanced Power BI development, data modeling, and dashboard design expertise.
• Strong communication and presentation/storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
• Advanced data analysis and business intelligence skills.
• Power Apps and Power Automate development skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with business partnership and end-to-end solution delivery including requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio & AI solution development.
