Senior Analyst - CMDB Architect

Overview

Senior Analyst focused on Configuration Management (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform for IT Asset Management/HAM processes.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB for accurate configuration item (CI) and relationship data.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery Agentless and ACC.
• Gather, analyze, and document configuration data requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Run regular audits and reconciliation to resolve CMDB discrepancies and data integrity issues.
• Develop CMDB policies, standards, and procedures for data accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor CMDB health, identifying and resolving data quality and compliance issues.
• Integrate CMDB with Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management processes.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience focused on IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for maintaining CMDB data integrity.
• Experience using ServiceNow HAM and CMDB.
• Knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle management.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and customer service skills.
• ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certification preferred.
