Senior Analyst – Content Oversight

Overview

Senior Analyst leading the Content Oversight team, responsible for competitive and gap analysis, governance, internal reporting, and ownership of product lists such as Digital Commerce Review (DCR) and Product Line Review (PLR).

What you'll do

• Lead in-depth competitive analysis, identifying market trends, key players, and opportunities for organizational growth.
• Assess gaps in product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in maintaining standard governance practices to ensure organizational consistency and compliance.
• Lead creation and delivery of internal reports, presenting critical findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of lists such as Digital Commerce Review (DCR) and Product Line Review (PLR), ensuring they reflect current market dynamics and product offerings.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, evaluating new software, tools, or systems against company requirements and standards.
• Oversee video analysis activities, extracting key insights and trends related to the company's products or services.
• Manage intake forms used for data collection and analysis, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and well-structured.
• Collaborate with vendors and Merchants to improve brand performance.
• Contribute to the enrichment of content and overall digital asset health.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain KNIME and Python-based workflows for recurring data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
• Use BigQuery, Hadoop, and GCP tools to manage, analyze, and process large data sets.
• Identify manual, repetitive operational processes and translate them into scalable automation opportunities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in product data management or the retail industry.
• Knowledge of KNIME workflows, BigQuery, HTML, Python, Hadoop, GCP, Power BI, SQL, and MicroStrategy.
• KNIME workflow development and automation.
• Process automation, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
