Senior Analyst - Master Data Management

Overview

Senior Analyst – GBS Master Data Management role in Coimbatore, India, performing analysis and maintaining vendor master records while working with suppliers and buyer groups on pricing.

What you'll do

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing and other commercial T&Cs.
• Provide reports, information, analysis, etc., as required, in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain good public relations with outside suppliers and a strong partnership with internal customers.
• Maintain Vendor Master Records, updates and new vendor setup.
• Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests.
• Obtain price and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems: BAAN, SAP or Oracle.
• Mandatory knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP (preferably BAAN).
