Senior Analyst - MDM (Data Governance & Quality)

Overview

Senior Analyst role in master data management, covering data governance, data quality and validation of master data requests within a shared services or global operations environment.

What you'll do

• Perform end-to-end validation of master data requests, including vendor/customer creation, modification and extension.
• Analyze business requests and validate data requirements before processing changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve master data issues and ensure data quality.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
• Support MDM processes by independently validating master data and keeping data accurate, complete, and audit ready.
• Manage priorities and meet deadlines in a shared services or global operations environment.
• Work in a global business environment with defined SLAs, controls and process documentation.

What you'll need

• Strong understanding of master data management principles, governance controls and data quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
• Exposure to vendor onboarding, customer onboarding, bank validation, tax validation, and duplicate prevention controls.
• Graduation with specialization in accounting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience in Quality Control.
