Overview

Senior Analyst for Sales Operations focused on converting sales incentive commission plans into back-end data processes and executive-ready insights.

What you'll do

• Translate commission plans into automated workflows, data models, and monthly/quarterly calculations.
• Build and maintain structured analytical frameworks, reports, and dynamic dashboards for sales insights.
• Perform data manipulation, cleansing, and complex commission/performance modeling with spreadsheets.
• Design and maintain Salesforce reports, analytics dashboards, and operational tracking tools.
• Evaluate end-to-end sales/operational workflows and propose process optimizations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and BI stakeholders, including senior management.
• Apply AI tools and automation to improve sales operations workflows.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Analytics.
• Ability to break down business queries into quantitative analyses and actionable insights.
• Experience interpreting complex commission plans and building back-end data architectures and financial models.
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets and Excel (complex logic formulas, collaborative sheet automation).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including custom reporting modules and dynamic dashboards.
• Experience with business process mapping and operational efficiency projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior cross-functional leaders.
