What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to identify growth opportunities
• Perform financial modeling and financial statement analysis to assess potential deals
• Engage in customer due diligence and financial due diligence to validate transaction assumptions
• Analyze industry trends and market trends to support strategic planning and value creation initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement post-merger integration plans
• Utilize Capital IQ and other tools for monitoring and analyzing financial trends
• Support corporate development efforts through scenario analysis and strategic evaluations
• Contribute to deal structures and corporate development strategies to enhance competitive advantage
• Facilitate communication and active listening to foster teamwork and inclusion within project teams

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
