Overview

Senior Associate in PwC's Deals Strategy practice within the Advisory line of service, helping clients on strategic advice for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, with a focus on Go-to-Market strategy in India.

What you'll do

• Analyse market trends, assess business opportunities and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed deal decisions.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in complex transactions and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve clients' business objectives.
• Apply highly evolved problem structuring and problem-solving skills, combining quantitative and qualitative orientation, across industries and situations.
• Manage a team to a successful project conclusion by solving global, enterprise-wide strategy issues.
• Identify and address client needs, building, maintaining and utilising networks of client relationships.
• Conduct and manage market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesising complex data into meaningful insights.
• Build productive and collaborative relationships with team members, proactively providing and seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
• Communicate effectively in an organised and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience with demonstrated extensive knowledge of and/or success in professional services or corporate roles, helping companies define and evaluate corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios.
• Degree: MBA (Master of Business Administration) from a tier 1 college.
• Mandatory skill: Go to Market strategy, Indian Practice.
• Required skill: Consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to apply problem-solving frameworks across a variety of industries, problems and situations.
