Overview

Senior Associate Engineer - AI Services focused on designing, developing, and testing software systems and modules in a micro-services environment for software enhancements and new products, including cloud/internet-related tools.

What you'll do

• Support detailed design for modules and sub-systems.
• Contribute to writing, testing, and refactoring code.
• Support automated testing and software deployment activities.
• Design and develop micro-services functionality using APIs and telemetry data, including running ML/AI algorithms.
• Build and integrate solutions through automation and coding with third-party software.
• Craft, build, and debug large-scale distributed systems and maintain technical program documentation and operational procedures.
• Review code written by other developers and participate in related tasks as required.

What you'll need

• Developing understanding of cloud architecture and services across AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365.
• Subject-matter expertise in programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, and Node.js.
• Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design with strong analytical/debugging skills.
• Experience with micro-services architecture and API product development.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL data stores including Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Understanding of container runtimes including Kubernetes, Docker, and LXC/LXD.
• Proficiency with agile/lean practices and test-driven development principles.
