Senior Associate – Gen AI, Data and Analytics, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate role in Gen AI, Data, and Analytics Advisory focused on extracting insights from large datasets using advanced analytics and ML/LLM techniques.

What you'll do

• Design ML pipelines for experiment management, model management, feature management, and model retraining.
• Design APIs for model inferencing at scale.
• Support LLM serving and distributed training/serving for large language models.
• Perform model fine-tuning and optimization to improve latencies and accuracies.
• Apply DevOps/LLMOps practices using Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Work with data and databases/data warehouses including DynamoDB, Cosmos, MongoDB, and BigQuery.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience required.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is mandatory.
• Mandatory Gen AI/LLM and Hugging Face skills.
• Mandatory knowledge of Langchain and Langgraph.
• Mandatory Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Mandatory ML framework experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras.
