Staff AI & Machine Learning Engineer working on next-generation AI/GenAI products and cloud-based SaaS solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture and delivery of cloud micro-services in Python using GenAI and web-first frameworks.
- Own GenAI initiatives end-to-end from data strategy through evaluation, deployment, and continuous optimization.
- Set and enforce engineering standards for reliability, security, performance, CI/CD, and observability.
- Drive cross-functional execution by scoping epics, aligning roadmaps, and delivering features on time.
- Champion production excellence by defining SLOs, monitoring telemetry, and leading incident response.
- Mentor engineers and document decisions through design docs and architecture reviews.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of professional Python development for large-scale, production AI/ML systems.
- Building applications on foundation-model APIs and using AI daily in your workflow.
- Hands-on cloud experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Containerization and cloud-native tooling experience (Docker, Kubernetes) plus modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership in setting technical direction and mentoring engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience (Master’s preferred).
