Staff Developer - Endpoint - Cloud

Overview

Staff Developer responsible for setting the technical direction of a cloud security platform and building scalable backend systems for endpoint security.

What you'll do

• Lead design of scalable, resilient backend services for endpoint security.
• Drive architecture decisions for distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design and implement backend systems for cybersecurity data processing.
• Build high-performance APIs and services processing millions of security events.
• Lead cloud-native architecture implementation using AWS, microservices, and containers.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on technical design and best practices.
• Drive engineering standards, tooling adoption, and AI-assisted development practices.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of backend engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
• Deep AWS expertise, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, and SQS/SNS.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security architecture, and threat detection.
• Experience with high-throughput systems, observability, databases, data streaming, and large-scale data processing.

Nice to have

• C#/.NET experience.
