Senior Associate – IRM Architect, Advisory

Overview

Lead quality engineering and testing for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and GRC solutions. The role covers functional and regression testing, test leadership, and support for releases and automation.

What you'll do

• Lead functional and regression testing for IRM, compliance, risk events, and risk reporting.
• Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases.
• Define end-to-end test scenarios across GRC program towers.
• Design and maintain test plans, strategies, and test data.
• Assess testing impact for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes.
• Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support.
• Recommend improvements to automation coverage and CI/CT/CD integration.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience overall.
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow domain experience, especially ServiceNow IRM.
• At least 4 years of hands-on GRC experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing a GRC program team.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM, risk management, compliance management, and risk reporting.
• Knowledge of agile testing, STLC, and a testing tool such as ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing module, or Bugzilla.
• Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration qualification.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC.
• Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Selenium with Java, or Playwright.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ATF test integration.
• Experience in large global financial institutions.
