Senior Associate – IRM Architect, Strategy &Governance Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate role for a Test Lead to join the GRC team, with a focus on IRM (Integrated Risk Management) strategy and governance advisory testing.

What you'll do

• Lead testing in the GRC/IRM domain, including functional and regression testing.
• Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases with product and dev teams.
• Define and manage end-to-end test scenarios across business scenarios for each GRC “Tower.”
• Design and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test data sets for multiple LODs (1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD).
• Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes to determine required test coverage.
• Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with a GRC domain including risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role to manage a GRC program team.
• Mandatory core competency in ServiceNow IRM and a testing tool (ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing tools, or Bugzilla).
• Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps integration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM QA (functional and tester) and Integrated Risk Management QA with STLC lifecycle knowledge.
• Must have experience in compliance testing, compliance tooling, issue management, incident management, and control testing.

Nice to have

• ADO + ServiceNow ATF experience.
• Selenium + Java and Playwright.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ATF test integration.
• Prior experience in large global financial institutions.
