Overview

Associate role for a ServiceNow Test Lead in the GRC team, focused on IRM, Compliance Tools and Testing, and risk events/risk profile reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead testing activities for IRM, Compliance tools, and risk event/risk profile reporting.
• Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases with product owners, developers, and process leads.
• Define and manage end-to-end test scenarios across business scenarios for each tower within the GRC program.
• Design and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test data sets for LODs (1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD).
• Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes to identify required test coverage.
• Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
• Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow domain experience, especially in ServiceNow IRM.
• 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with GRC domain in risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
• Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps integration into the test lifecycle.
• Core competency in ServiceNow IRM and a testing tool such as ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing tool, or Bugzilla.
• Compliance and testing capabilities including compliance testing, compliance tooling, issue/incident management, and control testing.
• Knowledge of Integrated Risk Management QA and STLC lifecycle, plus an understanding of one testing tool.
