Senior Associate – IRM Architect, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate role in PwC’s Advisory team, hiring a Test Lead for the GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) team with focus on ServiceNow IRM testing and risk/compliance reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead testing activities for the GRC program.
• Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases with product owners and developers.
• Define and manage end-to-end test scenarios across business scenarios for each GRC “Tower”.
• Design and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test data sets for multiple LODs (1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD).
• Perform impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes and determine required test coverage.
• Provide test reporting and defect analysis and support UAT during releases.
• Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years in ServiceNow domain, specifically ServiceNow IRM.
• 2 years in a leadership role.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with GRC domain covering risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
• Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps integration across the test lifecycle.
• Core competency in ServiceNow IRM and a testing tool such as ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing tools, or Bugzilla.
• Knowledge of Integrated Risk Management QA and STLC lifecycle.

Nice to have

• ADO + ServiceNow ATF experience.
• Selenium + Java and Playwright skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ATF test integration.
• Prior experience in large global financial institutions.
