Overview
Senior Associate role leading ServiceNow IRM quality engineering and testing for GRC programs, covering risk management, compliance, risk events, and risk profile reporting.
What you'll do
- Lead functional and regression testing across IRM and compliance tools.
- Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases.
- Define end-to-end test scenarios across GRC program towers.
- Design and maintain test plans, strategies, and data sets.
- Conduct release, upgrade, and defect-fix impact analysis.
- Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support.
- Recommend improvements to automation coverage and CI/CT/CD integration.
What you'll need
- 4+ years of hands-on GRC experience in risk, compliance, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a GRC program team.
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow domain experience, especially ServiceNow IRM.
- Knowledge of agile testing methodologies and the test lifecycle.
- Experience with a testing tool such as ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing module, or Bugzilla.
- Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration qualification.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC certification.
- Experience with ADO, ServiceNow ATF, Selenium with Java, or Playwright.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ATF test integration.
- Experience working in large global financial institutions.
