Senior Associate-level legal professional who acts as a trusted business advisor, working collaboratively across business, sales and other functions to handle a variety of legal assignments.

What you'll do

• Provide employment law advisory.
• Provide intellectual property advisory and portfolio management.
• Provide transactional support and assistance.
• Handle SaaS Agreements with potential customers of Zeta.
• Handle agreements with SaaS Vendors who provide SaaS to Zeta for internal consumption or integration within Zeta's SaaS Offerings.
