Senior Associate – Python Developer focused on building backend applications and data/automation-related solutions, including scalable microservices and high-performance APIs.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Flask and Django.
• Build and deliver high-performance APIs.
• Architect and implement distributed microservices using Temporal workflows for orchestration.
• Write reusable, efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Debug issues and resolve technical problems and production incidents.

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x.
• Experience with migrating legacy enterprise apps into microservice architecture with data migration.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
