Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer to design and implement products and platform solutions for an AI-enabled healthcare intelligence platform.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable services and distributed systems for the platform.
• Write high-quality, testable, maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Partner with the LITE team and product squads to integrate emerging AI capabilities into core systems.
• Lead technical design discussions, drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability across services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Support release readiness, deployment processes, and post-release monitoring.

What you'll need

• 6–10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
• Strong expertise in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Go, or C#).
• Frontend or full-stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React or Next.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs with attention to security and performance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Comfort working in Agile environments and collaborating across product and engineering teams.
